The wellness program at Buckland Park Lake is managed by The Fitness & Wellness Academy. A carefully curated collection of the very best wellness experts, specialists in their field. We offer a diverse range of 1:1 sessions, classes, workshops and retreats, either in our unique Wellness Tree Studio or at one of our beautiful outdoor locations.

Our aim is to provide all your fitness and wellness requirements in one beautiful location, allowing you to mix and match, depending on what you need.

Our regular timetable is below and you can also keep up to date with weekend workshops and retreats via our social accounts (links at the bottom of the page). Please contact the specific expert for more information on their classes, rather than contacting the park.

If you take part in one of our sessions you are welcome to visit The Reverie or the park for an hour or so before or after your session.

FITNESS & WELLNESS ACADEMY - JESS

Founder of ‘The Wellness Tree’ Studio, Jess specialises in Spin HiiT, Pilates
and PT with an interest in Nutrition for optimal wellness. Sessions can be adapted for Pre & postnatal and seniors.
 
 

NC YOGA - NANCY

Nancy’s classes are infused with yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation and philosophy. She has been teaching for 12 years and prides herself on offering options for all levels.
 
 
 

TANSY IN THE WILD

Tansy is an award winning and internationally accredited life coach, specialising in outdoor coaching and nature connection. She is a fully accredited Natural mindfulness and Forest Bathing Guide.

Tansy will be leading a monthly wellness walk around the stunning lake and grounds of the park. These walks will provide a perfect opportunity to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while getting your steps in, complemented by calming Qigong breathing exercises and nature connection practices. The aim is to help participants feel grounded, refreshed, and uplifted by connecting with the natural world.

Walks will be monthly Friday 945 to 1045am. Tansy’s first walk will be Friday 8th November. This will be a FREE walk (please book online) to give you the opportunity to try without any financial commitment.

 

SAUNA WITH SAVU

Savu’s brand new traditional wood-fired sauna plus cold plunge is now officially up and running. They have a beautiful spot, with a picture-perfect view of the lake. They’ve already had some amazing feedback and met some lovely people. 

You can enjoy a 45 minute community sauna session with other like-minded folk or book a private sauna, for you and your group. 

Flexible drop in sessions are also available. If you suddenly fancy a post swim sauna, swing by and if they have availability then you’re welcome to join.

YOGASHALA - NATASHA

Natasha’s weekly classes and workshops focus on optimal health of mind & body. Her training in traditional yogic practices include Vinyasa, Kundalini, Ashtanga & Hatha.
 
 
 

REFORM COMMUNITY - JESSICA

Jessica is a specialist sound and energy healer sharing meditation
and sound bath experiences to restore and transform your energy.

RELAXING QIGONG

Come and enjoy the fresh air and the art of fluid movements, breathing, visualisation and meditation. 

Benefits of qigong include lowered stress and anxiety, increased focus and an improved balance and flexibility.

Classes will be held on the picnic lawn, overlooking the lake, whenever weather permits. We have the back up of our inside yoga studio, should we need to retreat.
 

Saturdays at 8.30 – 9.30am. Six classes @£66 with a 10% discount for members. Open to all. Contact Jude@yogaone.yoga to book.
