Tucked away in the natural beauty of Buckland Park Lake, we’ve created something special—a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what really matters.
Led by Jess, founder of the Fitness and Wellness Academy, our approach brings together personal training, thoughtful nutrition, small group classes, and immersive wellness workshops—all designed to support your health in a way that feels personal, flexible, and real.
But we don’t do it alone.
In partnership with Nancy and Natasha, who lead our Yoga offering—from weekly classes to seasonal retreats—this is a collaborative experience built on community, balance, and the healing power of nature.
Together, we’ve created a one-of-a-kind wellness journey that blends movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection—set against the calming backdrop of the lake and trees.

Tansy is an award winning and internationally accredited life coach, specialising in outdoor coaching and nature connection. She is a fully accredited Natural mindfulness and Forest Bathing Guide.
Tansy will be leading a monthly wellness walk around the stunning lake and grounds of the park. These walks will provide a perfect opportunity to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while getting your steps in, complemented by calming Qigong breathing exercises and nature connection practices. The aim is to help participants feel grounded, refreshed, and uplifted by connecting with the natural world.
Savu’s traditional wood-fired sauna plus cold plunge is set in a beautiful spot, with a picture-perfect view of the lake. They’ve already had some amazing feedback and built a friendly community.
You can enjoy a 45 minute community sauna session with other like-minded folk or book a private sauna, for you and your group.
Flexible drop in sessions are also available. If you suddenly fancy a post swim sauna, swing by and if they have availability then you’re welcome to join.
The sauna is currently open on weekends, as well as Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Introducing Katherine, a nutritionist who is passionate about helping people unlock the full potential of their bodies, because we truly get out what we put in.
Choose the coaching style that suits you best: settle into a private 1-to-1 in our hill-top Pavilion with sweeping lake views, enjoy an easy “walk-and-talk” session around the water, hop onto a phone or video call when time is tight, or dive into her small-group workshops on gut health, plant-rich eating, brain nutrition, healthy ageing and more.
Katherine will also be running healthy snacking for children sessions over the holidays.
