WELLNESS

We have a varied wellness timetable, with yoga classes every morning Monday – Saturday. During the colder months, this takes place in our Outdoor Activity Centre. 

Vicky offers Mindful Dancing classes and Judith offers qigong.

If you take part in one of our sessions you are welcome to visit The Reverie or the park for an hour or so before or after your session. If you want to stay longer please buy a ticket or consider a membership.

MINDFUL DANCING

Join Vicky for her Dancing Mindfulness classes. If you enjoy moving to music and want to express yourself creatively, these sessions are for you.

There are no steps to learn and there is no performance. It’s simply about following your intuition and loving your body with awareness.
 
No previous experience required. Bring a yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothing, soft soled shoes or bare feet (weather dependent). Some yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided.

RELAXING QIGONG

Come and enjoy the fresh air and the art of fluid movements, breathing, visualisation and meditation. 

Benefits of qigong include lowered stress and anxiety, increased focus and an improved balance and flexibility.

Classes will be held on the picnic lawn, overlooking the lake, whenever weather permits. We have the back up of our inside yoga studio, should we need to retreat.
 

Saturdays at 8.30 – 9.30am. Six classes @£66 with a 10% discount for members. Open to all. Contact Jude@yogaone.yoga to book.
