Problem Shared is a Problem Halved

1 to 1 Walk and Talk Mindfulness Hour with Guided Meditation

Is your head overwhelmed with a problem you can’t seem to let go of? Does it linger there day and night? Do you ruminate, dwell on a situation, an event that keeps bringing you down?

Walk and talk it through with Anna, registered and accredited Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher. Allow her to help you lift some of that weight off your shoulders with her confidential, objective and warm approach in the beautiful surroundings of Buckland Park Lake. Come out with:

/  Better perspective
/  Feeling lighter, kinder and more positive
/ Having successfully let go of troubling thoughts
/ Being able to approach problems and situations more mindfully.

It can be a one-off session with great results or we can work together on a more regular basis. Other dates and times available, please contact hello@annamizer.com with any enquiries / 07803837829

Outdoors, all year around, whatever the weather!

Walking in nature is proven to support cognitive function, reduce anxiety and decrease blood pressure. In addition, the decisions we make whilst out walking are often more grounded and realistic than those made at home or work. So, walking with a qualified and experienced coach is a powerful way to explore your goals, address your anxieties and move you forward.

Kate spent over 25 years working in large corporations at senior levels, and brings her training, experience and talent for candid communication to her coaching work.

To book a walk and talk in the beautiful surroundings of the park, or a free initial consultation contact kate@airheadcoaching.com

Sessions start from £80

Body Stress Release (BSR) is a unique complementary health technique. It offers a gentle and effective way to release stored tension from the muscles, and works with your body’s natural desire to be stress-free.

Our bodies store stress in layers, often over many years. With BSR the body is encouraged to release these layers, just like peeling back the layers of an onion.

BSR uses reflex responses to locate stored tension that could be affecting your nervous system and, therefore, your body’s ability to function to its fullest potential.

After having qualified as a BSR practitioner from the BSR Academy in South Africa in 2006, James ran a private practice in Cape Town for 15 years before moving to the UK.

James will be offering treatments on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 2 – 545pm @ £60 per 45 minute session.

Francesca, a level 3 Pilates instructor will announce her new classes soon.

Come and enjoy the fresh air and the art of fluid movements, breathing, visualisation and meditation.

Benefits of qigong include lowered stress and anxiety, increased focus and an improved balance and flexibility.

Classes will be held on the picnic lawn, overlooking the lake, whenever weather permits. We have the back up of our inside yoga studio, should we need to retreat.

Saturdays at 8.30 – 9.30am. Six classes @£66 with a 10% discount for members. Open to all. Contact Jude@yogaone.yoga to book.
