We have a varied wellness timetable, with yoga classes every morning Monday – Saturday. During the colder months, this takes place in our Outdoor Activity Centre.
We have weekly women’s only fitness classes with Pip and Nordic Walking with Beverley, who has recently introduced walking sessions for Mums, Bumps and Babies.
Anna offers Friday 1:1 mindfulness and meditation classes. Or Walk and Talk with Kate, an experienced coach.
If you take part in one of our sessions you are welcome to visit The Reverie or the park for an hour or so before or after your session. If you want to stay longer please buy a ticket or consider a membership.

7.30pm / Sound Baths & Meditation (once a month)
Nordic Walking is a small and friendly group for all ages, mums, bumps and babies too. The Nordic technique uses 90% of your skeletal muscles, tones your core and upper body and uses more energy than a normal walk. This exercise is proven to increase motivation and productivity too. No equipment necessary as it will be provided for you, all you need is a comfortable pair of walking shoes.

1 to 1 Walk and Talk Mindfulness Hour with Guided Meditation
Is your head overwhelmed with a problem you can’t seem to let go of? Does it linger there day and night? Do you ruminate, dwell on a situation, an event that keeps bringing you down?
Walk and talk it through with Anna, registered and accredited Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher. Allow her to help you lift some of that weight off your shoulders with her confidential, objective and warm approach in the beautiful surroundings of Buckland Park Lake. Come out with:

Pip’s Fit club offers outdoor fitness classes for women only, from teenagers to menopause. The focus is very much on helping women get fitter and stronger, with a strong supportive community.

Walking in nature is proven to support cognitive function, reduce anxiety and decrease blood pressure. In addition, the decisions we make whilst out walking are often more grounded and realistic than those made at home or work. So, walking with a qualified and experienced coach is a powerful way to explore your goals, address your anxieties and move you forward.
Kate spent over 25 years working in large corporations at senior levels, and brings her training, experience and talent for candid communication to her coaching work.

Body Stress Release (BSR) is a unique complementary health technique. It offers a gentle and effective way to release stored tension from the muscles, and works with your body’s natural desire to be stress-free.
Our bodies store stress in layers, often over many years. With BSR the body is encouraged to release these layers, just like peeling back the layers of an onion.
BSR uses reflex responses to locate stored tension that could be affecting your nervous system and, therefore, your body’s ability to function to its fullest potential.
After having qualified as a BSR practitioner from the BSR Academy in South Africa in 2006, James ran a private practice in Cape Town for 15 years before moving to the UK.
James will be offering treatments on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 2 – 545pm @ £60 per 45 minute session.
