We have provided bike racks by The Reverie and down on the meadow by the main parking area. Please leave your bikes there and refrain from cycling the walking trails.

If you would like to swim in our lagoon you can do so via membership of the Open Water Swimming Club run by The Surrey Hills Adventure Company.

To visit The Reverie you will need to buy a ticket unless you have a reservation at the restaurant. Please note that there are limited tables, so you will not be able to make a reservation once the restaurant is fully booked. We will always try to find a place for members, but do advise our members to reserve wherever possible. Members do not need to buy day tickets for entry to the park

An exception to this rule is if you are in the park as part of a club booking eg swim or SUP session. You are welcome to visit the park or The Reverie for up to one hour before or after your session. If you want to stay longer please buy a ticket or become a member.

You are very welcome to bring picnics although we do ask that you don’t eat these in The Reverie or on the terrace and that you take your rubbish home with you. We have provided picnic benches lagoon-side and up on our picnic terrace. Please do bring a picnic blanket just in case.

No bbq’s please.

We offer baby changing facilities in both our toilets, both in The Reverie and in our Outdoor Activity Centre. We have a buggy park outside The Reverie and offer bottle and baby food warming.

We ask for no one under 16 to arrive unaccompanied.

The Reverie has disabled car parking and access, as well as a disabled toilet. The Outdoor Activity Centre is also accessible to wheelchairs and has a disabled toilet. Our electric buggy, El Rucio is not suitable for wheelchairs, but would be suitable for visitors with mobility issues.

We have a few dos and don’ts in place to keep everyone safe and happy. You can view these here.
