Sound bathing has been used to promote health and healing for thousands of years. From the ancient Greeks to mayans and Tibetans. Different frequencies work with different parts of the body and states of mind, as vibrations flow through the build in the body to blockages that need to be released.
Sound baths have been shown to have a huge amount of physical and mental benefits including;
Reducing tension, calming nervous system, promoting relaxation, helping sleep, helping with dis ease, reducing anxiety, decreasing cortisol regulating heart rate, breathing and blood pressure and promoting the body’s ability to heal.
