PIP’S FIT CLUB

Pip’s Fit club offers outdoor fitness classes for women only, from teenagers to menopause.  The focus is very much on helping women get fitter and stronger, with a strong supportive community.

Classes run:
Tuesday 10-11am
Wednesdays 9.15-10.15am
Thursday 10.15 – 11.15am

Outdoors, all year around, whatever the weather!
