We will endeavour to run Buckland Park Lake in a responsible and sustainable way. We’ve listed a few of our initiatives below.

We will use sustainable timber sourced from the estate in the log burner in The Reverie.
We will provide tap water in The Reverie to reduce purchases of single use plastic bottles.
When ‘eating in’ tea and coffee will be served in crockery, rather than disposables. Where disposables need to be used, at El Rocinante on the lagoon, cups used will be fully compostable.
We will offer discounts on hot drinks when customers use refillable cups for take-aways.
We encourage a green transport policy, with a £2 discount off one adult ticket if you walk or cycle to visit us.
For the sake of the wildlife and keeping our water clear and clean we request that children wear zinc only sun tan lotions (available for purchase)
