RELAXING QIGONG

Come and enjoy the fresh air and the art of fluid movements, breathing, visualisation and meditation. 

Benefits of qigong include lowered stress and anxiety, increased focus and an improved balance and flexibility.

Classes will be held on the picnic lawn, overlooking the lake, whenever weather permits. We have the back up of our inside yoga studio, should we need to retreat.

Saturdays at 8.30 – 9.30am

Six classes @ £66 with a 10% discount for members. Open to all.
