BODY STRESS RELEASE (BSR)
This is a unique complementary health technique. It offers a gentle and effective way to release stored tension from the muscles, and works with your body’s natural desire to be stress-free.
Our bodies store stress in layers, often over many years. With BSR the body is encouraged to release these layers, just like peeling back the layers of an onion.
BSR uses reflex responses to locate stored tension that could be affecting your nervous system and, therefore, your body’s ability to function to its fullest potential.
After having qualified as a BSR practitioner from the BSR Academy in South Africa in 2006, James ran a private practice in Cape Town for 15 years before moving to the UK.
James will be offering treatments on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 2 – 545pm @ £60 per 45 minute session.
