Your membership card will be posted to you together with your vouchers shortly. If you want to visit and haven’t received your card, please bring an electronic or paper version of your membership to present at the Ticket Office. If you would like to use a voucher prior to its arrival in the post, please email us at hello@bucklandparklake.co.uk with the name of your guest and we will let the Ticket Office know.
